Q: I'm positive that someone signed up using my affiliate link, but I'm not seeing them tracked in Rewardful. Is there a way for me to still get credit for their purchase?

A: Yes, for cases like these we have a process for investigating what happened and manually assigning the commission if appropriate. Please send us an email to affiliates@opus.pro with the subject line "Affiliate commission" and share more details info in the body of your email.
